Prosthesis & Dignity Support

We ensure survivors can access customised prostheses, colostomy care, and hygiene supplies that restore comfort and confidence.

Why this matters

Mastectomy or ostomy procedures can leave survivors grappling with body image, mobility, and daily hygiene challenges. Many cannot afford prostheses, colostomy bags, or adult diapers.

Solace Cancer Foundation sources high-quality prostheses and dignity kits through donor partnerships and delivers them free of charge. We also coach survivors on care and maintenance to promote long-term comfort.

Custom Fittings

Professional fittings and follow-up appointments ensure prostheses fit securely and comfortably.

Dignity Kits

Colostomy bags, adult diapers, and skin-care essentials are supplied regularly to vulnerable patients.

Rehabilitation Support

Physiotherapists and counsellors guide survivors through posture training, mobility, and emotional healing.

Resource Mobilisation

We partner with hospitals, manufacturers, and donors to expand access and subsidise specialised equipment.

How you can help

  • Donate funds or prosthesis kits to reach patients on our waiting list.
  • Host a drive collecting unopened dignity supplies (diapers, wipes, ostomy care).
  • Volunteer as a fitter, physiotherapist, or counsellor.
